                                                      SHIPWRECK PARK PARTNERS WITH UCI BAHAMAS FOR ONE LOVE BAHAMAS CONCERT

Fort Lauderdale, FL -  Shipwreck Park, Inc. formally announces a working partnership with UCI Bahamas, LTD for the One Love Bahamas Concert for Hurricane Relief on February 8, 2020 at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater.   Shipwreck Park based in Pompano Beach, is a registered 501(c)3 not for profit corporation dedicated to the creation of an underwater park system establishing artificial reefs, utilizing public art to raise awareness of the need to preserve and conserve our natural coral reef system.

Shipwreck Park is proud to announce UCI Bahamas as the title sponsor for the star studded concert event.  The one day benefit is being produced by South Florida based festival organizers, Rob Tischler and Roy Anthony of Titan Entertainment.  VIP packages, special reserved seating and general admission tickets are on sale now and available online through Ticketmaster.    

“We are excited to be working with UCI Bahamas LTD in the rebuilding efforts” said Shipwreck Park Chairman, Rob Wyre     

The One Love Bahamas Concert features performances by renowned rock and reggae artists who will come together for one amazing day to raise awareness and create funding for the ongoing clean up and rebuilding of the affected Bahamian islands.      

Concertgoers can also visit the One Love Bahama Village where they peruse the straw markets, enjoy authentic island fare and experience a real Bahamian Junkanoo. There will also be a live memorabilia auction featuring items such as one-of-a-kind signed guitars, One Love swag-baskets specially designed by Hard Rock, bucket list experiences such as tickets to the Goodyear Blimp and dozens more unique items.    

Shipwreck Park in conjunction with Sands Harbor Resort and Marina along with many others have gathered and dispersed more than 850,000 pounds of donated goods to the Bahama relief efforts thus far.    

Title Sponsor and Director of Operations of UCI Bahamas LTD, Tony Misuraca has organized his team and their efforts to build 3 spec homes that are fully funded by his contacts and sponsors that are supporting the One Love Bahamas event and UCI efforts to clean up and rebuild the islands. The families to be awarded the first three UCI spec homes will be announced live on stage at the Feb. 8 benefit.    

The goal is to raise $400,000 to create funding for the building of infrastructure, homes, business and programs to place Bahamian residents back into their own local community.   “The program is all about returning people to their homes, and giving back. These qualities do not have a limit,” he says, “our volunteers, mentors, students, and start up entrepreneurs who have much to offer the world and are chosen for how they are enriching their local communities.” says UCI Bahamas Director of Operations Tony Misuraca.
